1Win App Update 2024: Everything You Need to Know
What the 1win app update brings to players
The latest 1win app update rolls out a smoother interface and a handful of performance tweaks that many users have asked for. Faster load times on the sportsbook, a refreshed live casino lobby and a more intuitive navigation bar are the headline changes. But beyond the visual polish, the update also touches the back‑end: improved payment gateway integration and tighter KYC checks aim to make deposits and withdrawals feel more secure.
If you’ve been playing on an older version, you’ll notice the new push‑notification system that flags upcoming matches, bonus expiries and limited‑time casino tournaments. The update is also the first to support a handful of additional payment methods, making it easier for players from different regions to fund their accounts.
Step‑by‑step: Download and install the updated 1win app
Getting the new version is straightforward, but you still need to follow a few steps to avoid any hiccups. First, make sure you have removed the previous version from your device; this prevents conflicting files. Then head to the official download page – you can find the link by searching “1win official site download” or by clicking the button on the homepage.
Once on the site, tap the “Download for Android” or “Download for iOS” button, depending on your device. After the file finishes downloading, open it and allow the installation of apps from unknown sources if you’re on Android. iOS users will be redirected to the TestFlight invitation, where they can install the beta version safely. After installation, log in with your existing credentials, and you’ll be greeted by the new welcome screen.
New casino and sports betting features
The updated app expands both the casino and sportsbook sections. In the live casino, you now have a “quick bet” panel that lets you place wagers on roulette or baccarat with just two taps. The game library grew by 20 % with fresh slots, new table games, and a dedicated “high volatility” filter for thrill‑seekers.
For sports betting, the 1win app update adds a “match‑center” view that aggregates live odds, stats and a mini‑stream of the game. The “cash‑out” function was refined to show real‑time potential returns, and the odds are refreshed every 1.5 seconds, which is a noticeable improvement for in‑play bettors.
Bonuses tied to the update – what’s on offer?
To celebrate the rollout, 1win is offering a registration bonus that gives new users a 10 % extra on their first deposit made through the updated app. Existing players also receive a “loyalty reload” bonus: deposit at least $50 and get a 5 % boost, subject to a 30× wagering requirement on the casino side.
All bonuses come with standard terms – you must meet the wagering requirements before you can withdraw any winnings. The bonus funds are only valid for 30 days, so if you’re planning a big session, act sooner rather than later.
Payment methods, deposits and withdrawal speed after the update
The 1win app update integrates three new deposit options: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and a popular e‑wallet in Europe. These methods are processed instantly, so your balance updates within seconds. Traditional cards and bank transfers remain, but they still follow the usual 24‑hour processing window.
When it comes to withdrawals, the updated app promises “instant payouts” for e‑wallets, with most requests cleared within 15 minutes after verification. Bank transfers may still take 2‑3 business days, which is typical for the industry.
Security, verification and responsible gambling improvements
Security has been a focal point of the 1win app update. Two‑factor authentication (2FA) is now optional during login, and the app encrypts all personal data with AES‑256. The verification process was streamlined: a single selfie with your ID is enough to clear KYC, and the review usually finishes within an hour.
Responsible gambling tools were also upgraded. Players can set deposit limits, session timers, and self‑exclusion periods directly from the mobile app. All these controls are visible on the “account safety” page, making it easier to practice safe play.
Customer support and troubleshooting common issues
If you run into any trouble after installing the new version, the support team is reachable via live chat, email, and a dedicated phone line. The chat widget is now embedded in the app’s footer for quick access. Typical issues include login problems, missing bonus credits, or payment delays.
Here’s a short checklist to resolve common glitches:
- Clear the app cache from your device settings.
- Make sure you’re on the latest OS version supported by the app.
- Restart the device after installation.
- If the problem persists, contact support with your account ID and a screenshot.
Device compatibility and mobile experience
The new 1win app runs on Android 8.0 or higher and iOS 13 or newer. It uses a responsive design that adapts to both phones and tablets, so you can enjoy the same full‑screen casino experience on a 10‑inch tablet as you would on a 5‑inch phone.
Battery usage has been optimized, meaning the app now consumes roughly 15 % less power during long betting sessions. The UI follows a “dark mode” option that automatically switches based on your device settings, which is helpful for night‑time players.
